1.  All products ordered will be delivered directly from our German factory, subject to availability. Orders can be placed here or with our UK Sales Office.

2.  Payment is requested in advance by cheque, cheques to be made payable to ECO-DuR GmbH and posted to the UK Sales Office (address see above).

3.  All UK Statutory Consumer Rights apply. In the unlikely event of any complaints regarding product quality or delivery, please contact our UK office by e-mail rolflehmann@tiscali.co.uk or by telephone (0208 398 4690). This also applies for the return of any goods.

4.  All prices include UK VAT  

5.  Any goods ordered will be dispatched within 2 – 3 days after receipt of your cheque. Normal time of arrival at your address is within approximately 8 - 10 days, provided normal postal services apply.

General Terms and Conditions


The following terms and conditions also contain legal information about your rights based on the regulations governing distance sales contracts and electronic business transactions.

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries made to consumers by ECO-DuR GmbH, Gewerbegebiet 12, 99894 Leinatal, represented by the managing director Michael Oschmann (Art. 13 of BGB (German Civil Code)).

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract becomes effective with the company ECO-DuR GmbH, Gewerbegebiet 12, 99894 Leinatal, represented by the managing director Michael Oschmann. Our customer service department is available to respond to any queries, complaints and claims you have Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the phone number +49 (0) 36253-4560 and via e-mail atinfo@eco-dur.com.

3. Offer and Entry into Contract

3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. All offers are deemed as “while stocks last”, unless expressly specified otherwise in the product description. Errors may occur.

3.2 By clicking the [Place order] button, you are making a binding declaration of intent to order the products listed on the order page. The purchase contract becomes effective when we acknowledge your order by sending you an order confirmation via e-mail upon receipt of your order or when we undertake the delivery immediately after receiving your order.

3.3 If we do not receive any payment within fourteen (14) days after the order confirmation, the order is cancelled automatically.

4. Right to Cancel

4.1 Consumers (Art. 13 of BGB) have a statutory right to cancel the order for products purchased via mail order.

4.1.1 The right to cancel and make an exchange does not apply to special designs, since these customizations are manufactured specifically to customer requirements.

4.2 Avoid any damage and/or defilement as much as possible. Please return the goods to us, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and with all package contents. You are not obligated, however, to return the goods in the original shipping container! Utilize a protective packaging, if applicable. If you no longer have the original packaging, make sure that you use a suitable packaging which provides adequate protection against transport damage.

4.3 Returns must be reported as a rule in advance and coordinated with us. This may be handled either by phone at +49 (0) 36253-4560 or via e-mail at info@eco-dur.com.

The collection of goods to be returned will be prompted by us and handled at no charge to you.The relevant goods will be returned via a package service. Deliveries that have not been prepaid will not be accepted.

4.4 Please note that the modalities mentioned in the paragraphs 4.2 to 4.3 are not a prerequisite for effectively exercising the right to cancel.

4.5 The cancellation period begins on the date of shipment.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1 The prices mentioned on the product pages include the applicable statutory sales tax and other price components.

5.2 We do not charge any shipping and handling for deliveries within Germany. You should inquire about the international shipping rates for your order in advance. We will inform you about the international shipping rates at the latest when we send you the order confirmation. prices valid for delivery to Mainland UK only.

6. Delivery

6.1 The delivery period is usually two to six (2-6) workdays after receipt of the payment for goods that are in stock.

6.2 If the ordered product should not be available for delivery on time because we will not be supplied by our supplier in time, we will deliver the product as soon as possible free of charge. In such case, you may decide to wait for the ordered product or you are authorized to cancel your order. In case of cancelling, any consideration that has been possibly made will be reimbursed promptly.

7. Payment

7.1 The payment will be rendered as advance payment.

7.2 When selecting the advance payment method, we will provide you with our bank account information in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receiving the payment while observing the cited delivery period.

7.3 You are only entitled to a right to offset if your counterclaims have been determined in court as legally valid or acknowledged by us in writing.

7.4 You may only exercise a right of retention if the claims relate to the same contractual relation.

8. Retention-of-title Clause

The goods remain our property until receipt of full payment.

9. Warranty

The warranty is based on the applicable statutory provisions. If a deficiency should be noticed during the transfer of risk, you are entitled to request a refulfillment (remediation of deficiencies or replacement) within the two-year warranty period and to demand the rights of a reduction, compensation for damages or wasted expenditures or reduction provided that the further statutory requirements are met.

We expressly reserve the right to check or have the goods checked for deficiencies, that also includes checking for possible improper use.

If you decide in favor of the right to remediation of deficiency, you are required to grant us a total of two (2) attempts to rectify the deficiency(ies). If the desired type of refulfillment is only possible with disproportionate costs, your right is limited to a different type of refulfillment.

10. Liability

We exclude our liability for cases of slight neglect of duties, unless they relate to obligation to deliver, damages resulting from life-endangering injuries, bodily harm or risks to one's health or guarantees or they pertain to rights based on Germany’s Product Liability Legislation (ProdHaftG).That also applies to violation of the obligations of our assistants.

In any case, the liability is limited to the typical contractual, foreseeable damage, to the extent permitted by law. The liability for damages caused by the object of delivery to the ordering party’s legally protected interests, e.g. other objects, is completely excluded, however. (Consequential damages)

We may not be held responsible for consequential damages that occur while operating or working with our products, since we are not able to monitor a proper operation or use.

Competent court is Gotha, Germany.
